HR Division recognizes  that the Nauru Public Service alongside many other public institutions across the world is being impacted by rapid change both at the domestic and international level.  HR strivevs to maintan an  evidence based approach in terms of collating resources that will be a useful pool for public employees and leaders to refer to when they seek out for solutions to their service delivery challenges.

This section will provide you with a range of documents that are guiding tools in the operation of the Nauru Public Service.  It is anticipated that this section will continue to grow in volume as other Departments are able to share their strategies as well as annual reports for access by both other Government Departments and public at large.
